Good morning, I have been craving Crab Salad for awhile. This salad is light and not a heavy salad.I also do not measure anything for this recipe. You basically just throw everything together.Please make sure to like us on Facebook so you do not miss some more hot recipes.

Crab Salad

  • One box of elbow noodles (used 1 lb box)
  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons relish ( I used dill relish)  You could use sweet cube relish
  • 1 onion
  • Mayo (Used about 3 heaping tablespoons)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Sprinkled Cheese

Boil noodles until tender, I put my eggs in at the same time with my noodles.Drain noodles and let them sit until they are cooled.I cut up my crab meat,cut onion, while my noodles were cooling down.

Once cooled mix all ingredients together. Put in the refrigerator for about a hour before severing.

You could probably even add some green olives, or green onions, or celery.You can add just about anything you like to spice this crab salad up to your likings.I just tried keeping it simple.
