My husband and I share the same birthday.He has been asking my mom to make one of his favorite desserts for a awhile now. My mom would buy the milk to use to make the dessert and my dad would drink the milk before my mom had a chance to make the dessert. My mom said my dad drinks about a gallon of milk a day. I think my dad should cut back on his milk habit a little.

1 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup margarine (softened)
1 (8 ounce) Cream Cheese (softened)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups Cool Whip
2 (4 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups milk


Combine flour,  one cup of chopped pecans, and margarine together. Press into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.  Cool completely

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cool whip. Spread mixture on cooled crust, set aside.

Mix chocolate instant pudding with three cups of milk. Put  mixture on top of cream cheese mixture. Spread chocolate mixture evenly on top of the cream cheese mixture.

Top with cool whip  and a few chopped pecans.
Refrigerate for several hours or overnight for even better results.
