Simple, and quick to make is my kind of dessert. I love how light and fluffy this Ambrosia salad is. Easter is right around the corner, I always try and take a dish for any gathering we have as a family. This year I will be making Ambrosia Salad. I do not think I could go wrong with this dessert. My husband is the only picky person that I know. He does not like cooked fruit. This will be wonderful for him. For Easter I will add the pretty colored marshmallows and I will use my trifle dish. I will often add pecans to my dish .I will not add pecans when I take the dessert to my family gathering. My nephew and cousin are both allergic to nuts.

Ambrosia Salad

 

INGREDIENTS
11 oz can Mandarin Oranges drained
20 oz can Pineapple Chunks drained
2 cup Sweetened Flaked Coconut
2 cups Mini Marshmallows
8 oz Whipped Topping

DIRECTIONS
Gently combine all ingredients in a serving dish.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
