Hunley was the runt of the litter, she is still the smallest of my four Labradors. She is the most loving and sweetest puppy ever. However, she does have some anxiety issues. I honestly do not know why she sometimes acts like she is afraid of everything. Mostly she is shy when it comes to new people.
When Hunley was a little tiny puppy ,she had an accident, she bit into the handle bar of a tricycle flower pot. I would have to say that incident was one of the most scariest days of my life. Usually, Saturday mornings I am home cleaning house, I don’t get dressed because I am cleaning. Well, this morning I had my four labs plus I was watching a friends puppy that weekend also. My daughter was still sleeping and my husband was hunting. I heard this awful sound coming from the kitchen, I see Hunely with this trike handle stuck in her tongue. Madison quickly wakes up, and runs to the kitchen, here I am standing with tears, in my pajamas and not sure what do I do. Madison ran to the neighbor to see if he could help us but the handle had pierced her tongue. Madison and I rushed to the vet, but she had to drive slow because each bump on the road she would cry a loud whimper. My heart just broke for Hunely. We arrived to the vet, they helped me out the car and took Hunley straight to the back. The nurses are the ones that actually took the pictures of her.
